We are currently looking for a skilled individual to join our growing maintenance team.

Must be able to provide a range of your own hand tools.

You would be working with a team of 11, 3 of which are based in our head office in Beverley, 8 are based out of the office completing the maintenance jobs for our tenants and landlords. Our head office team will be managing your diary day to day making sure you have the support throughout you tasks.

Due to insurance purposes, you will need to be over 25 to drive the company van.

You will be completing tasks day to day that will be improving the landlords and tenants property.

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 45 per week
