**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the move in and move out process for tenants
- Liaise with our property maintenance team when required
- Keep landlord details up to date
- Liaise with our out of office team
- Carry out compliance checks on all properties
- Speak with landlords and tenants on a daily basis
- Daily admin tasks
- May complete routine inspections

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
