**The Role**
- Responsible for achieving all set targets for the growth of the existing lettings portfolio as part of a cohesive team effort.
- Attend appraisals and achieve targets for new instructions and fees, contributing to the overall revenue and profitability goals.
- Generate new business activities through effective canvassing and follow-ups on existing leads.
- Maintain excellent client relationships both before and after instruction, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to consumer protection regulations, organisational policies, procedures, and professional standards.

**The Person**
- Previous experience as an Estate Agent Lettings Valuer preferred but not essential.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working effectively in a team-driven environment.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
