The **Traffic Management Operative **is a key member of the customer safety team; they will consistently deliver excellent standards of customer service and safety and have strong communication skills. They will also have the ability to maintain focus and awareness for the duration of every event. They will actively promote a culture of togetherness and encourage their peers to be the best version of themselves.

**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Manage the flow of traffic at entry and exit points along with directing and permitting access to residents and blue light services.
- Communicate clearly and positively to team leaders and management and members of the public.
- Comply with all relevant safety legislation.
- Wear Protective PPE, which is supplied, and be responsible for the safety of yourself and others.
- Report incidents promptly to supervisors and security team and write incident reports as necessary.
- Work with stewards, security team, and relevant staff to address safety concerns promptly.

- You are able to work independently or as a team, coordinating with other security staff and venue management.
- You are able to remain calm and adapt when working in high-pressure situations.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity and always conduct yourself professionally.
- You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other security staff, clients and their customers.
- You must always show high levels of customer service.
- You must have had previous experience using radio communication devices.
- You must always be punctual with a ready to work attitude.
- You must be able to work in all weathers.
- You must be prepared to carry out relevant training.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Basic DBS check.
- Previous TMOexperience (desirable)
- Completed ACT online course.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Traffic Management: 1 year (required)
