**Ideal Requirements**
- You will have a strong background in Medical Device product management.
- A Masters level qualification in Engineering or Business Masters would be advantageous.
- Customer facing experience preferably in medical domain with knowledge of relevant product segments and markets ideally.
- Successfully worked internationally and in across site projects.
- Solution provider - able to work independently using initiative to solve complex problems.
- Proven experience of leading or sponsoring complex projects.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsible to develop the global product and portfolio strategy in assigned domain.
- Responsible to explore new portfolio and procedure developments as well as market
- and business development opportunities globally.
- Accountable to specify and implement new products or services in line with global BU strategic plan and function as the global BU representative for these new introductions.
- Act as voice of customer and communicator internally and externally on global level.
- Build and lead effective teams.
- Knowledge expert on user, market, SBC requirements and knowledgeable on regulatory and technical needs to define corresponding value propositions.
- Accountable and responsible for necessary process related documentation
- Responsible for life cycle management, e.g., to initiate product changes/improvements and product phase-out and contribute to post market surveillance.
- Responsible of tracking and analysing relevant KPIs (e.g., market size, procedure numbers, reimbursement rates, market prices, market shares and competition)
- Shall implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
- Shall implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
