Delivery Porter

Due to expansion, we currently have an opening for a full time **Warehouse Operative / Delivery Porter **to join our team on a permanent basis.

A clean driving licence and forklift licence are **essential **to this role.

As our **Warehouse Operative / Delivery Porter **you will be an important member of the Belgica team. We will provide you with all the training you need to work safely and effectively. Your main duties will involve:

- Taking in deliveries of goods.
- Preparing deliveries to customers.
- Assisting with deliveries.
- Assisting with stock control.
- Helping to maintain our warehouses / showroom.
- Helping to set up showroom displays.

This is more than just being a **Warehouse Operative / Delivery Porter**. **Being a team player and displaying excellent customer service is key. At times there will be challenges as the day unfolds as well as a fair degree of heavy lifting but you’ll get real job satisfaction from knowing that you are part a great team and you will enjoy doing a role that offers so much more than other **Warehouse Operative / Delivery Porter **jobs.

You will have the ability and willingness to acquire job knowledge through self-development and by learning from others demonstrating flexibility in order to meet store needs and special events.

This is a full time position (40 Hours) with occasional overtime opportunities. We are looking for someone who is physically fit, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to bring a good personality to their work. Again, a clean driving licence and forklift licence are **essential **to this role.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
