We are looking for skilled Civil operatives within the Kent region, to join our dedicated team. Due to the nature of the works, there may be a requirement to work out of hours (nightshift) or over the weekend, although notice will be given.

**Location**: Based in Maidstone and Medway **Salary**: Negotiable depending on experience **Duties**:

- As a Civil Operative you will be required to do a variety of tasks to a high standard and there will be opportunities to progress within the company.
- Provide a first-class service to our clients, along with quality and pride.
- Ensuring HSQE regulations are complied with at all times.
- Be able to work as part of a team

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- General Civils: Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Must have experience working on highways as well as site work.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Valid CSCS card & Streetworks is essential
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication skills, both in person and in writing
- Able to adapt quickly to support colleagues and customers
- Methodical and structured approach to problem solving
