We have a small but passionate team delivering our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda in the UK, and leading in the development of a strategic approach across MBDA Group, working closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders in France, Germany andItaly.

We're looking for an HR Advisor who shares our passion and is able to take the lead on interesting, high profile and sometimes complex projects to help us meet our goals.

**What's in it for you?**

Your role will be varied and include:

- Development and delivery of the UK Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) strategy.
- Creating a strategic calendar of ED&I communications, both internal and external.
- Establishing and providing strategic direction and coaching to employee networks, supporting an inclusive environment and championing diverse role models and storytelling.
- Partnering with HR teams to integrate ED&I into people cycle, processes and policy.
- Designing and delivering tools and resources for inclusive teams.
- Developing and maintaining our ED&I intranet pages, providing an engaging and accessible source of information, guidance and interactive materials.
- Data reporting and analysis to inform action plans and to measure and communicate progress.
- Building external relationships and playing an active role in external networks
- Leading projects on a wide variety of ED&I topics.
- Working with an international team to define and implement Group-wide ED&I ambitions and initiatives.

You will be encouraged to develop and broaden your learning by attending external conferences, internal training and getting involved in projects within and outside HR.

You may be required to travel to our sites at Bolton and Bristol and there will be occasional opportunities to visit our sites in Europe, but this will always be with reasonable notice.
