**MBDA Missile Systems - Deliver for a more secure tomorrow**

This role could be based at Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton with hybrid working. It will be an FTC for up to one year.

We're looking for an HR Advisor who shares our passion and is able to take the lead on interesting, high profile and sometimes complex projects to help us meet our goals.

**What's in it for you?**
Your role will be varied and include:
- Supporting the ongoing development and delivery of our UK ED&I agenda:
- Coordinating our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion communications; working with colleagues in Internal and External Communications to build and deliver a calendar of activity including intranet articles, digital screen features, newsletters, video and socialmedia posts.
- Coordinating how we share ED&I resources, awareness and learning materials with our employees, through our intranet pages, People Management Meetings and other channels.
- Supporting our Inclusive Workplace Forum - preparing materials, facilitating meetings and keeping in contact with attendees between meetings to drive forward actions and keep up energy and momentum.
- Work with our employee networks, supporting them to raise awareness, increase understanding, inspire interest and generate debate.
- Strategic coordination of our involvement in external awards, conferences and events; ensuring we maximise the opportunity to build our brand and to share our findings through internal communications.
- Research on ED&I topics, benchmarking and data analysis, ensuring we approach ED&I topics from an informed position.
- Supporting in the coordination of international communications and events.
- Supporting the development and realisation of our Group EDI and ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) strategy, coordinating inputs from HR teams across our Group.

You may be required to travel to our sites at Bolton and Bristol, but this will always be with reasonable notice.
