**Ecommerce Administrator**

**Reports to**: eCommerce Manager

**Location**: Glasgow

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

**Hours**: 40 hours per week

**Role Overview**

Carbeth Plants is an expanding, ambitious eCommerce business specializing in indoor & outdoor plants and gardening products across the UK.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented e**Commerce Administrator** to join our team and help manage the daily operational flow — from stock control and pricing updates to label printing and system upkeep.

This is a practical, on-the-ground role that plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our fulfilment and customer service teams to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

**Order Processing & Dispatch**
- Print daily picking lists and shipping labels using sales platforms and courier integrations.
- Monitor orders to ensure they’re processed on time and without error.
- Flag and help resolve any fulfilment issues or delayed shipments.
- Update order statuses and tracking information accurately.
- Assist with preparing daily dispatch reports for internal tracking.

**Team Support**
- Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate daily dispatch operations.
- Provide administrative support to the eCommerce team as needed.
- Help troubleshoot basic system issues or liaise with external support partners.
- Support with data entry, stock updates, and product listing changes.
- Maintain documentation and process checklists to ensure consistency.

**What We're Looking For**
- 1-2 years experience in an eCommerce, admin, or warehouse support role.
- Comfortable working with Shopify (or similar platforms), Excel, and printing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Reliable, organised, and proactive in solving day-to-day problems.
- Willingness to pitch in across tasks in a small, fast-paced team.

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with courier platforms (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail, DX).
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify & Shipstation
- Understanding of stock/inventory management workflows.
