Pinnacle Care is hiring an Activities Coordinator at our friendly care homes in Rugby for people living with dementia, to work alongside our current Coordinator in a job-share capacity. Total weekly hours for this role is 12, comprising 2 x 6 hour shifts, each with a 20-minute paid break.

We are looking for applicants with a professional caring attitude and an interest in making a difference. Experience in dementia care or an activity role is desirable but not essential as Pinnacle Care provides a free, comprehensive training package.

The starting rate for this role is £9.50, rising to £10.10 for all staff following completion of a short probationary period and induction.

Location: You will be working across three homes in Rugby specialising in dementia care. Mileage between homes will be at 25p a mile.

You will be provided with a monthly activity budget, as well as access to a wide range of materials through our subscriptions to Bright Kettle, Mojo Creative Arts, and other online services.

Pinnacle Care also has a range of external performers that visit the homes. You will be responsible for organizing these entertainers and a monthly activity and event calendar at each home.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This will be arranged and paid for by Pinnacle Care.
