BEARS operate an independent ambulance service specialising in higher acuity patient transport (Paramedic, High Dependency, Mental Health, Critical Care and Emergency Retrieval/Response services) for several NHS Trusts in London and nationwide under contract. All administration is managed centrally, including a state of the art command and control centre, Finance, HR and Recruitment from our HQ in Edgware.

We are looking for a resourceful and passionate HR Administrator to deliver exceptional talent for hiring needs across all functions and as an expert at managing relationships both internally and externally, you will be able to capitalise on your wealth of knowledge, and influencing ability, to help deliver the Recruitment strategy.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team in all functions in relation to the day-to-day operations and project based work.
- Assisting with a variety of duties including the compliance, onboarding and induction processes whilst maintaining communications with all new starters.
- Updating and maintaining all electronic records for the HR team including the maintenance of all internal systems, ensuring compliance is maintained throughout.
- Adhoc team administration and supporting on recruitment activities.
- Being part of the team in delivering a great HR service.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- A clear passion for HR.
- Have experience of working in a similar HR role, for a fast-paced organisation.
- A “can-do” attitude, be a quick learner and hold a high level of attention to detail.
- Show initiative and be able to cope in a high pressured and time critical environment.
- Confident using HR and MS Office systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels
- A minimum of two years’ experience working within the HR sector.
