**Marketing Manager - Permanent, Full-Time**
£45k-£55k Per Annum (DOE)

Our client based on the outskirts of Chelmsford are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful individual will be responsible for making decisions and outcomes of all activities in the marketing department, includingoffline and online activities.

**Duties**:

- Manage the marketing department and all staff within the department
- Responsible of the day-to-day operational running and decision making of the department
- Set the annual budgets, create the annual marketing plan, and deliver the plan using the available resources
- Take ownership of all staff and customer events
- Ensure all products and services are on the appropriate websites and the websites are kept fresh and up to date
- Confirm the social media activity is consistent and visible on all the relevant and appropriate social media sites
- Ensure all pages are optimised in line with current algorithms and all relevant keywords are used for campaigns
- Monitor and report monthly on key important metrics
- Keep up to date with trends within marketing (online and offline)
- Maintain knowledge relevant to the role and industry to ensure the company branding is always forward focused
- Put customers and people at the heart of all activity
- Represent the company by own appearance and behaviours in line with the delivery of world class standards
- Always maintain responsibility for own Health and Safety, adhering to all company policies
- Report all accidents, injuries and near misses to the office immediately
- Liaise with marketing and sales colleagues to ensure all marketing material design is relevant and targeted
- Utilise the support available from other departments to maximum effect
- Engage with business wide initiatives that support charity, community, and socially responsible business activity

**Experience Required**:

- Must have management experience
- Highly organised
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to deal face to face with all levels
- Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Proactive team player but also able to work on own initiative
- Leadership skills - able to lead a team and drive it forward

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Office Based initially (during probation) but can be open to hybrid as the role progresses
Must drive due to company location
