**Marketing Graduate / Account Executive**

**Chelmsford, Essex**

**£20k - £22k PA DOE**

Our client is a growing creative and branding agency looking to expand their team delivering exciting marketing campaigns. The role wouldsuit a recent graduate seeking a creative career in marketing, or an individual with a strong experience in customer service or previous marketing experience.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Supporting the account management team, you will help deliver creative marketing campaigns and branding projects for clients. This role is very varied but will include:

- Supporting the account management team with marketing administration including booking jobs onto the system, updating client trackers and invoicing.
- Updating CMS / websites.
- Looking after the media schedules and managing the press advertising creative.
- Liaising with the studio on amends to projects to manage this back to the client to agreed deadlines.
- Taking briefs from clients and attending weekly meetings.

**The person**:

- You will be driven to gain the experience to progress onto an account manager position.
- You will be happy to learn on the job and be proactive.
- Confident communicating with clients - previous experience in a busy customer service environment / hospitality would be great.
- Great organisation - your role will gradually take on more of a Project Manager position, requiring handling multiple projects.
- You will be a people person and a team player, who is happy being involved with creative discussions and sharing ideas
- You will be able to handle a very fast paced environment where no two days are the same
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally in marketing, business, psychology or another creative discipline)
- Driving licence.
