To work collaboratively with the Team leader and clinical lead to provide clinical leadership and line management for their respective team.
- To assist in the management of the integrated CAMHS/ CPS within the Preston area and function as a practicing clinician within the service.
- To ensure that integrated CAMHS/CPS offers a team approach in the delivery of high quality service provision of assessments and intervention in order to meet the needs of those young people presenting with emotional/psychological and/or mental health difficulties and their families.
- To supervise and evaluate the multi-disciplinary team in conjunction with helpful and respectful services to young people and their families.
- To develop and maintain robust partnership working arrangements between the CAMHS/ CP and community partners and other key stakeholders.
- The post holder will assist with the responsibilities for all aspects of the service.
- To assist with the responsibility for the day to day management of the team ensuring a responsive and effective service is offered.
- To assist in clinical and caseload supervision and professional development planning for the staff team.
- To manage a reduced clinical caseload and provide direct clinical interventions/ assessments that are high quality, timely and accessible.
