The apprentice will need to learn and understand all elements of the role during the apprenticeship as well as looking at how they can develop and move on in their career. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Company.

**Duties to include**:

- Preparing monthly KPI reports
- Processing data requests
- Providing general administration support
- Supporting wider Team with other tasks around monthly reporting requirements
- Managing monthly purchase card reconciliation
- Dealing with general accounting and Supplier queries

**Person specification**:

- Strong academic background
- Highly numerate with great attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Fluent French (desirable not essential)

**Qualifications required**:
5 GCSEs grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including Maths and English Language

A level’s or equivalent

Level 2 AAT (desirable) or previous finance/office experience

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with ½ hour for lunch unpaid

£9.23 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £346.13 per week
