JOB OPPORTUNITY

Lettings Express are looking for a Full Time Lettings Property Consultant

This role is in a fast paced office with a close knit staff community, and will briefly include duties as follows;
viewings and Diary Management, Application management, using a variety of tools to coplete credit checks and references on potential applicants.

Day to day property management, including key management, compliance management and property administration.

Marketing properties and maintaining good relatiosnships with landlord and applicants

Portfolio management

Maintain a good working knowledge of necessary legislation & processes inc. GDPR & Anti-Money Laundering. Full training will be provided
- Maintain good working relationships with Landlords, reporting as required & proactively managing properties according to instruction
- We pride ourselves on our employees: It is essential that you have customer service and administration experience and desirable but not essential that you have Property Lettings Experience

Experience within Lettings preferred and Valid UK driving license required

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
