**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and personable **Lettings Negotiator / Viewing Agent** to join our growing team in a **fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment**. You’ll play a key role in helping tenants and landlords navigate the property market, delivering excellent service and results. If you thrive under pressure, love meeting people, and have strong organisational skills, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed and engaging information
- Negotiate lettings agreements to ensure mutually satisfactory outcomes
- Prepare marketing materials, including photos and descriptions
- Manage lettings administration and ensure compliance
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Work with the wider team to meet targets and support business growth

**Skills & Experience Required**
- **1+ year experience in lettings (preferred)**:

- **Customer service or sales background** (preferred)
- **Positive, friendly, and resilient attitude**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail
- Proficient with admin and digital tools for property listings and communication
- **Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle** (essential)
