The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Quality Financial Crime Associate on a 12 mth FTC to join a growing International Financial Services Organisation based in Surrey.

As part of the Audit team you will be responsible for service to clients by accurately dealing with the operational aspects of Quality Control/AML.

Key remits:

- Development of quality framework & approvals
- Perform quality control and quality assurance checks
- Provide feedback on quality results
- Manage automated processes
- Review and identify low/high risk clients
- Record daily statistics
- Liaising with audit teams

**Experience**:

- AML/Financial Crime/KYC/PEP/EDD/CDD experience
- Exposure to operational risk, financial crime, change management and process design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to gather and analyse data
