Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and assembling ingredients
- Support the kitchen team in cooking and presenting dishes according to recipes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Must have weekend availability
- Have key commumication skills to maintain relationships with other departments
- Basic IT skills using an ipad
- Collaborate with chefs and other staff members to deliver exceptional recipes made to our exact standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- A passion for cooking and an interest in the catering industry

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
