**We are looking for our new full-time Food Preparation Staff Member in our Flagship Store - 20 North Audley St**

**About the role**:
As our Food Preparation Staff Member, you will be a part of our big JOE & THE JUICE team in 20 North Audley - one of our most succesfull bars. You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients for our juice, sandwiches and much more. In the process, you will have a great responsibility for controlling the stores' gross profit as well as compliance regarding our hygiene procedures.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Having an overview of how much should be prepped for our store on a day-to-day basis
- Being the key responsible of ensuring that all food items are prepared on a day-to-day basis
- Rotating stock according to established procedures (FIFO)
- Keeping the kitchen environment clean and tidy
- Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Working night shifts
- Relevant practical experience from a similar job

Start date: As soon as possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35-40 per week

**Salary**: From £2,064.00 per month
