**Team overview**
Across the range of the activities we cover we have specialists in tax, treasury operations, credit assessment and collections, payables, reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, decision support, procurement, facilities and fleet management who are highly committed to the efficient delivery of services to the Group to help achieve our group mission.
**What you’ll be doing**
The role specifically focuses the processing of our employees’ expenses claims.
This will include:
- Auditing/checking/processing of all employee expense claims
- Ensuring that authorisations are within defined Corporate Rules, and claims are within agreed limits
- Communicating with customers (employees/line managers) with queries on expense claims
- Resolving problems and issues for staff on KDS
- Phone calls/screen sharing with staff that need help on how to use the KDS system
- Investigating - such as possible fraud, credit card usage, duplicating costs, duplicating mileage
- Document Internal procedures
- Providing statistics on a spreadsheet on a daily basis
- Process failed Idocs
- Completing chart of monthly statistics
- Presenting
- Updating/Maintaining and Test.
**What you’ll bring**
- Basic Accounting knowledge (general understanding of “double entry” accounting processes)
- Good basic standard of education - GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English
- Analytical, prioritising skills, methodical approach to Audit of payments
- Able to use a PC/Computer terminal
- Able to work on repetitive type tasks for periods of time
- Adaptable to change and team player
- SAP knowledge
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Provide good customer service
- Good Administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships
- Telephone and other communication skills with customers
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
