**Position: Financial Adviser**
**Hours**:Monday - Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
**Annual Leave**:23 days increasing after 3 years to 24 days and after 6 years to 25 days + bank holidays Hours of work
**Location**:St Ives, Cambridgeshire
**Salary**:£40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

**About Our Client**:
Our client are a well established Financial planning firm with over 35 years of financial planning management, based in St Ives.
Due to their continued growth they are looking for a new financial adviser to join their existing team of 14.
**The Opportunity**:
To oversee the servicing of a significant client bank (approximately £20m - £30m) and expect to generate new business by referrals from this bank.
**Responsibilities**:
- To deliver high quality financial planning advice to current and prospective clients in a manner that fulfils their needs and in so doing maximises the likelihood of revenue and profit contribution to the Practice
- To generate new business by identifying potential clients through referral, networking and marketing channels
- To help clients accomplish financial objectives by assessing financial situation; developing and presenting financial strategies and plans; monitoring changes in financial status and life circumstances
- To create a relationship between the Practice and its clients that delivers long term mutual value and benefit
- To conduct servicing and review events with existing clients
**Essential**:
- Minimum two years front line Financial Planner experience
- Previous experience in a financial planning environment
- Diploma / Level 4 qualification
**Desirable**:Chartered status or working towards
**Salary**: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
