My client is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly and forward-thinking team in Leeds City Centre With prior knowledge and understanding of working with the Financial Services industry, you will part of a team providing exceptional standards of customer service to shareholders, processing claims and working closing with reconciliations teams.
So what's the role?
- Handle incoming shareholder or external queries with full detail and explanation
- Updating and maintaining the databases and registers
- Monitoring and reconciliation of transactions
- Vetting claims with extreme attention to detail
- Scheduling payments to be issued
- Filing, archiving and scanning
Do you have?
- Knowledge and experience of the Financial Services industry
- Administration experience
- Excellent IT skills
- High standards of communication and confidence when dealing with queries
- A forward-thinking attitude and desire to learn
Role details:
- Financial Services Administrator
- £19,000-£25,000
- Amazing Leeds City Centre location (with a sky garden and modern offices)
- Monday
- Friday, 9am-5:30pm
