The Role
Effectively managing Talent across our brands and CoEs is key in delivering our strategic ambitions. Reporting to the Skills Development Lead you’ll support the co-ordination of all the key projects across the Talent team that will be utilised across all brands and CoEs.
You’ll be responsible for project managing signature projects and co-ordination across all UK&I projects, creating and maintaining project plans, creating schedules and overseeing progress to ensure key milestones are reached on time and key stakeholders are engaged in the process.
You’ll support the creation of training tools to compliment the roll-out of initiatives the team has maximum impact across brands and CoEs.
**Accountabilities**:
Coordinate project management activities for signature projects and support roll-out of a UK&I approach
Monitor project progress and handle issues that may arise.
Ensure key stakeholders are engaged in the design and implementation of the project.
Collate and coordinate the data that is driven from the UK&I Talent team
- help to pull together one single source of truth to drive a compelling story to our stakeholders and leadership teams.
Support the design and implementation of signature initiatives across brands and CoEs.
Design and deliver materials and tools to support signature projects.
**Experience**:
Track record of effective coordination of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
Demonstrated ability to be objective, analytical and impartial with the ability to work to exacting timelines
Good communication skills including the ability to lead presentations to business leaders.
Track record of contributing to successful teams.
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Strong organisational skills and time management.
Experience in building tools to support the development of organisational leaders and managers.
Ability to collate, manipulate and draw insightful analytics across different data sources.
