**Quality Assurance Lead - Pensions**
- Wiltshire | Hybrid | Full-Time | Grade L_

Join Wiltshire Pension Fund as a **Quality Assurance Lead** and take the lead in ensuring our pension services run to the highest standards. You’ll drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our administration team—making a real difference for over 180 employers and thousands of members.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and embed a robust quality assurance framework.
- Audit benefit calculations and ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Provide expert guidance and training to the pensions team.
- Translate complex regulatory changes into efficient admin processes.
- Report findings and improvements to senior stakeholders and committees.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Degree or professional pension qualification (e.g. CIPP/PMI).
- 5+ years’ experience in large pension scheme administration (ideally LGPS).
- Strong knowledge of pensions legislation and compliance.
- Confident communicator with great analytical and training skills.
- Experience with Altair is a bonus
