We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer, to join our QARA team at our Head Office in Basingstoke. What will you be doing? As Quality Assurance Engineer, you will provide Quality Assurance support to our Quality Management System (ISO13485:2016) whilst assisting meeting our Regulatory responsibilities. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with the expectation of 3-4 days onsite per week. Key duties: Supporting the Implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement, and support of Blatchford’s Quality Management Systems (in line with ISO13485:2016) and the Medical Device Regulations). Collaborating across internal departments to provide Quality Assurance support. Participating in external Quality audit activities. Representing QA for various projects across the Basingstoke sites. Supporting with CAPA, Complaints, R&D QA, Internal audits, change management, Deviations Supporting R&D for new product introductions. Reporting on the performance of the Quality system for the site What can we offer you? Key Skills: Degree qualified or equivalent experience in similar roleInternal audit qualificationDemonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance role, which includes auditing.Good working knowledge of ISO 13485 (Desirable)Strong communicator with good interpersonalHighly analyticalAble to assess information and data leading to rational judgements and successful conclusions.Ability to work as part of a team.Self-starter, able to work independently with minimum support.Ability to manage changing priorities adapting to multiple projects at the same time.If you feel like you meet the above criteria for the Quality Assurance Engineer, then please apply now
