**Compliance Auditor - Deeside**

Deeside Cereals currently have a vacancy at their Deeside site for a Compliance Auditor.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Training & Compliance Manager, you must be organised, with good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues in all areas of the business. You must be able to work under your own initiative when required, make decisions as appropriate and possess the resourcefulness to highlight risks and potential opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure production areas adhere to HACCP & BRC
- Conduct internal audits to schedule
- Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with all parts of the QMS & legal requirements
- Manage out of specification ingredients and/or packaging materials within the shift
- Audit all quality related paperwork to ensure due diligence
- Coordinate the daily food reviews and providing any unsatisfactory results to the Senior Team
- Ensure all samples for microbiology testing are sent for analysis within the agreed time frame
- Calibrate all laboratory and process weighing equipment in line with the schedule.
- Investigate customer complaints.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 3 shift rotation (37.5 hours per week)

**Salary**: circa £29k plus benefits
