Purchasing Administrator

**Are you an experienced administrator who is looking to join a fun team within an exciting industry sector?**
My client, an established business who is a provider of school activity courses and summer camps for children across the UK have an exciting new temp to perm role for a Purchasing Administrator to join their warm, professional, and dedicated team based in Ross-on-Wye
You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks primarily based around purchasing.
**These will include**:
- Electronic Order Filing
- Picking and Posting equipment from stores
- Vending machine re-stocking, ordering and monthly stock take and banking
- Coffee machine
- Monitoring and managing the Purchasing inbox
- Sending out replacements to guests e.g., broken mugs etc.
- Reception break cover
- Sample Room sort and label
- Sorting Uniform samples
- Maintaining Catalogues on Compleat
- Chasing Receipts on Compleat
- General supportin office and with ad hoc tasks
- Stores - sort and then keep on top of for all departments.
- Helping with the MSA policy
- E-mailing out order confirmations for central purchases
- Support with EPOs and Activity Equipment requirements
This is a varied role that will require a strong background in administration and all-round office support. All specific training will be provided.
You will initially be offered a rate of pay at £10+ per hour. A salary will then be offered to those who accept a permanent position.
We are looking for highly motivated, collaborative and results driven individuals who will actively look to recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
