We are seeking an **ITAD Operations Supervisor **based at our **Scotland hub** to join our **ITAD** team.

We are looking for someone to oversee and provide leadership of remote recycling operations in Bathgate, Scotland. To ensure that Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, Environmental and Regulatory targets are met by managing, organising and monitoring outputs of the local team. To drive results and meet business demand.

Key tasks will involve:

- Accomplishing department objectives by supervising staff and organising and monitoring work processes.
- Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplishing staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Conducting training.
- Implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organisation standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Completing operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures
- Providing quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining and updating daily KPIs.
- Complying with Stone’s internal management systems and safety procedures

It is also desired but not essential tohold a Degree (BSc) and NVQ in Team Leadership/Supervision. It is also desirable that you have the experience in the following COTC Wamitab level 4 operator competence, knowledge of BLANCCO, knowledge of ‘5S’ and Lean working practices and Supervisor/Manager Experience

Full training will be provided

This is a **full-time** position - 37 hours per week

The working days are Monday to Friday
