Position Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough needs analyses to uncover organizational needs and translate findings of needs analyses into educational experiences.
- Work closely with internal business stakeholders to define educational and development objectives relative to business needs.
- Design and develop learning and talent solutions for a variety of delivery methods that align with the Learning and Talent strategy.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging live in person and virtual learning opportunities across Light and Wonder for a range of participants (senior leaders, all Creators, and teams), and on a range of topics (professional skills, career development, management).
- Leverage innovative instructional design methods to create engaging, outcomes-driven, and effective learning experiences.
- Curate learning content on a range of learning needs and for a range of learners using our LMS (learning management systems).
- Develop ad hoc learning and talent solutions relevant to critical business initiatives and other departmental/functional/regional needs.
- Support Talent Management processes - e.g., talent reviews, career development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with all People Capability functional areas to create, evolve, and execute on Light &Wonder’s Learning and Talent strategy.
- Analyze learning evaluation data and metrics to diagnose gaps, identify opportunities and implement changes to ensure learning & talent portfolio products are current, relevant, and delivered in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Communicate the Learning and Talent offerings across EMEA.
- Participate in other company-wide People Capability projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of learning and development experience.
- Expertise in managing learning projects, instructional design, delivery, and assessment.
- Experience in Learning Management System administration preferred.
- Consulting and partnering experience with business leaders and People Capability partners.
- Subject matter expertise in professional skills development, management development.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Thorough understanding of training processes. Proven track record of designing and delivering training workshops (virtually and in person) and program facilitation.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (both virtual and in person training sessions)
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate is a plus
