Seacote caravan park are looking to recruit a part time receptionist. Although initially a fixed term role until the end of October we may be able to offer a permanent role at the end of the fixed term.

This position offers a varied role with both reception and admin work. You will be responsible for:

- Greeting visitors warmly and helping them with any needs. Making sure they get an excellent start to their holiday during check in.
- Making and altering bookings, dealing with holiday enquiries and being a bit of local expert
- Using our in house software as well as using Microsoft office programmes.
- Some basic accounts work such as processing of invoices.
- Some filing.
- Keeping the office area clean and tidy

**The ideal person will have previous customer experience. Able to create a pleasant rapport with customers and love our local area. Being flexible, able to prioritise tasks and being a good multi tasker are essential. The successful applicant must have good literacy, maths and computer skills, with recent experience using Microsoft office.**

**Your usual working day will be a Saturday or Sunday day with an additional full or part day in the week assigned on a set rolling rota. Some additional hours to cover annual leave etc will be expected. Usual office opening hours apply.**
