The People Assistant role will support to deliver a consistent HR service across all divisions within our global business. Responsibilities will include creating offer letter and contracts, monthly reporting, responding to the People helpdesk queries and offering guidance and support to Line managers on issues such as performance, disciplinary, grievance and absence.

**Please not that this role is a 12 month FTC**

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide first line guidance and advice to line managers in various aspects of employee relations such as performance Improvement, disciplinary, grievance and absence
- Respond to queries received on the People Helpdesk
- Working with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure contracts and offers of employment are produced and delivered in a timely manner
- Corresponding with employees across the business on matters such as confirmation of probationary reviews and job changes
- Track and monitor cases in a manner that enables the extraction of statistics and data. To provide monthly reports for exit interviews, promotions, leavers, new starters and another other HR matters
- Any other duties required for the role, as outlined by your line manager

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in delivering projects within given timeframes
- Ability to collaborate within a team and knowledge share
- A good knowledge of HR Administration
- Ability to manage high volumes of queries from line managers on a daily basis
- Previous experience of utilising an HR system
- Proven experience in delivering projects within given timeframes
