You’ll be fully immersed into our supportive People & Culture Team.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- ** With the full support and training from your team**:

- You will provide excellent customer service to employees, supporting them with questions and queries relating to working at Ideagen, such as payroll, holiday and general people information.
- You will be involved in administrating the onboarding process, for example communicating new starter contracts and welcoming new people to the business.
- You will take the lead on collating and maintaining our people data, such as making role changes structure changes, identifying anomalies and creating solutions.
- As you develop and grow under the mentorship of your business partner, you will take a more active and formal role as note taker and feedback provider.
- As part of your learning plan you will have the opportunity to work closely across the whole people team including supporting the reward and talent acquisition team, offering a varied and rewarding role

**About you**:

- A team player with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excited to learn and grow in a HR team and ambitious to complete formal qualifications.
- A well organised and methodical approach with high levels of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of the importance of absolute confidentiality and discretion.
