The Care Coordinator is responsible for the effective management and supervision of Care workers and supporting the Service Manager to ensure excellent provision of service to our customers, clients, and colleagues daily.
- The Care Coordinator will ensure compliance with national standards of care and using effective rostering to fully utilise staff hours and drive employee engagement.
- The Care Co-Ordinator should demonstrate the ability to use their initiative, multi-task, have excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. They should be professional, polite, and attentive, whilst also being accurate and should be able to represent the business positively at a senior level, both internally and externally. The role is diverse, fast-paced, challenging.

Main responsibilities
- To ensure effective day to day running of homecare service delivered to all clients without fail by ensuring all shifts are covered
- To maintain effective communication with staff and conduct regular spot checks to ensure quality care provision in line with Health and Social Care Standards.
- Willing to cover care calls where required.
- Matching care workers to service users, ensuring care workers are notified of all conditions relating to the assignment, including care
Essential SVQ level 3/4 or HNC Health and Social Care
- 2 years’ experience working in a care setting
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a car
Salary+ up to £25.500 depending of experience
Work Schedule : 40 hours per week includes weekend working

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
