**Job Title: Warehouse Quality Controller**

**Location: The Epwin Group Telford (Spectus / DC)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify the accuracy and quantity of products against shipping documents.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to product shipments
- Take a leading role in the improvements of Quality and Efficiency within despatch Requirements
- Making sure that all stock moments are performed in a timely manner to keep location quantities correct.
- Investigating and reporting process faults and solutions to make the warehouse more efficient.
- Performing inventory related duties to improve and maintain quality of service to all parts of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with products to the warehouse management.
- GCSE in maths (A-C)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Desired, but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous MHE experience or desire to be trained (Counterbalance, forklift, VNA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aspects of heavy lifting may be involved
- Microsoft Excel knowledge - basic/intermediate user
