**The Role**:
Join our dynamic team as a Carsa Showroom Host at our exciting new **Shrewsbury** site In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers entering our showroom, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an exceptional experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as the welcoming face of Carsa, greeting customers with courtesy and embodying a positive brand representation.

Foster meaningful relationships with customers, creating an engaging and enjoyable showroom experience.

Assist customers during appointments, guiding them through the car selection process and facilitating test drives.

Collaborate with central teams to ensure timely and contactless car deliveries, leveraging video conferencing systems when necessary.

Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, providing comprehensive answers and assistance.

Handle walk-in customers without appointments, following the sales process and gathering necessary information.

Maintain the showroom's pristine presentation, ensuring cleanliness and high standards.

Resolve post-sale issues or complaints from customers with professionalism and efficiency.

Process customer transactions and payments following car delivery.

Support local marketing initiatives within and outside the showroom.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Energetic and confident, with the ability to proactively engage customers and build rapport.

Strong communication skills, sharing knowledge and collaborating with teams to achieve results.

Professional appearance and demeanour in customer interactions.

Proactive and reactive, anticipating and meeting customer needs and expectations.
