We are currently looking for an experienced and forward thinking **HR Adviser** to join our amazing, enthusiastic team who all share a passion for being ambitious, working hard and having fun. We would love for you to hit the ground running, and we will provide you with all the support you need to help you achieve this. The role is to cover a period of maternity leave

You will provide day to day generalist advice and guidance to our people and leaders, on all aspects of HR and employee relations, alongside the rest of our Team.

- Have professional credibility and gravitas
- Have an in depth knowledge of HR policies, practices and legislation
- Ideally have an understanding of the education industry
- Have excellent relationship building skills
- Be self-motivated, driven, able to work on own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively
- Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
- Be committed to success and delivery against agreed objectives and targets
- Have a minimum CIPD Level 5

**Information about the trust**

Turner Schools is a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) with eight schools in Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone:

- Dover Christ Church Academy, Chartham Primary School, Folkestone Primary, Folkestone Academy, Morehall Primary, Martello Primary, St Stephens Infant School, Turner Free School

We provide education through pre-school, primary, secondary and on to sixth form. Each academy is individual and responds to the needs of its local community to provide the best possible opportunity for its young people. Pay: £28,748.00-£34,000.00 per year
