**Key Responsibilities**
Design, Develop & Execute: Develop design concepts from brief to final deliverables, working on both digital and print projects such as internal corporate documentation, marketing materials, brand assets, presentations, and more - no two days are the same.
Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with the creative team & account managers to understand project goals and collaborate on delivering a consistently high-quality output that aligns with a brand’s voice and strategy.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touch points.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools to create and prepare print-ready and digital-ready files.
Adaptability: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Quality Control: Attention to detail is paramount. Proof design work for accuracy, quality, and consistency before finalizing to ensure a high standard of output.
Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, industry standards, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and an innovative approach to each project.
**Essential Skills & Experience**
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house setting.
Expertise in Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is highly desirable.
Engaging Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
Passion for Layout and Typography: Solid knowledge of layout principles, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, handle multiple deadlines, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both team members and clients.
Attention to Detail: Maintaining a high standards of accuracy and consistency across all work.
Flexibility and Adaptability: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
**Benefits**
