Print Room Operative

Here at Emerald House Associates we work alongside the most prestigious beauty, fragrance, liquor and jewellery houses to design, manufacture and install point of purchase (POP/POS) displays and complete shopfits to department’s stores and airports throughout the UK.
**Job purpose**:
To produce high quality large format print and graphics for promotional display
**Key responsibilities**:
- Working in the busy and fast pace print room. Helping to produce, prints/vinyl graphics and laser cut logos
- Application of prints and vinyl graphics as required.
- Oversee the running of the laser machine
- To take brief on artwork required from account managers and Head of Print/Graphics
- To work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and associated software to amend and prepare artwork files for printing
- To cut, mount, and prepare for use a variety of print products
- To use graphic software to produce supporting promotional material as required for approval by clients
- To support Head of Print/Graphics as required
- To follow company health and safety guidelines
- To complete all other tasks as reasonably requested
**Requirements**:
Attention to detail
Computer literate
Good time management skills
Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
Good levels of motivation and wiling to learn
Hours of work 40 per week
To have knowledge and experience of working with print and vinyl graphics
**Benefits**
Salary will be negotiable dependant on level of experience
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
40 hours a week 8.00am-4.30pm
Overtime is available
