An award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy are now seeking an experience, passionate Senior Architect to join their expanding team in Manchester.

T**he Senior Architect Role**

The Senior Architect will be involved in the delivery of projects at all RIBA stages, collaborating closely with a broad consultant team and therefore will be required to have previous experience as an Architect working with complex refurbishment projects.

The Senior Architect will join a small ambitious team and have support throughout with the opportunity for growth and progression.

**The Senior Architect**
- 3+ years' experience working as a Project Architect and Part 3 qualified essential
- Equivalent professional degree
- Experience working on heritage progects
- Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
- Strong Revit experience
- Proven ability of leading, managing and developing individuals and teams
- Keen eye for detail and desire to continuously drive-up standards
- Must be organised and able to prioritise your own work to deliver on time
- Have a strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulations

**In Return?**
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
