If you thrive on solving complex challenges, designing scalable end‑to‑end solutions, and partnering closely with business and engineering teams to drive real impact, this is your opportunity to lead from the front. Join us and help define the architecture that powers our next stage of growth. Responsibilities Act as the primary technical expert during presales cycles, representing the full capability of the Patriot Systems platform. Deliver high-quality product demonstrations (both remote and on-site) tailored to customer use cases. Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with prospective customers to understand technical requirements, business drivers, and operational needs. Translate customer requirements into solution architectures and technical proposals aligned with Patriot Systems’ offering. Assist the sales team in developing RFP/RFI responses and technical bid documentation. Provide subject matter expertise during customer workshops, board-level presentations, and industry events. Documentation & Technical Collateral Create and maintain professional, customer-facing documentation including solution overviews, technical whitepapers, implementation guides, and tailored presentations. Support the development of presales playbooks, demonstration scripts, and reusable collateral for the sales team. Contribute to case studies, technical blogs, and marketing-led content by providing deep technical insight. Product Demonstrations & Evangelism Own and manage demo environments to ensure they are up-to-date, stable, and reflective of new features and versions. Deliver compelling live demonstrations highlighting platform strengths, integrations, and operational benefits. Work alongside marketing and sales teams to refine demonstration storyboards that resonate with target industries (e.g., security monitoring centres, critical infrastructure, government, and enterprise). Technical Discovery & Development Liaison Capture and document customer-specific development requests, feature enhancements, and integration requirements. Act as the technical interface between customers and Patriot’s product/development teams to ensure customer feedback is represented in the product roadmap. Participate in product testing and feedback cycles to validate new functionality and ensure market alignment. Provide input into solution architecture for custom integrations and deployment models. Internal Collaboration & Enablement Support the sales team with technical training and guidance, ensuring consistent messaging and accurate technical representation of the platform. Work collaboratively with implementation consultants to ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery. Mentor junior consultants or sales engineers as required.
