**What does a Customer Service representative do at ESP?**

As a Customer Service Representative at ESP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and representing our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and updating customer records in our system
- Ensuring all interactions comply with legislation, regulations, and customer care standards
- Accurately logging customer interactions for quality assurance
