Working as part of a small team, together we are seeking to recruit an Order Administrator to join the Decision Support Team, based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical and confident Administrator, that likes to take ownership of their tasks and able to support the wider business team.

Salary of £20,000 - £25,000/pa

**A typical day as an Order Administrator**:

- To monitor the status on all orders, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes.
- To liaise with suppliers to ensure timely invoices.
- Working alongside the Weather Station Dept to create quotes, renewals and enter completed orders on to the system.
- Data Entry of all orders.
- Ensure the start to end process inclusive of generation of invoices.
- Collate monthly reports as required.
- Checking with the team to see the order status and try and progress orders
- Produce financial reports for the decision Support Supervisors.
- Liaise with suppliers relating to outstanding orders, invoices and delivery confirmations.

- A flare for attention to detail
- Purchasing & Administration experience
- Able to deal with and resolve queries, confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexible approach, highly organised and effective time management skills
- Able to take ownership of their tasks
- Purchasing experience
- Finance software knowledge
- Knowledge of Office 365, with advanced knowledge of Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
