We have an exciting opportunity in our front office night team as a Night Reception Supervisor. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates.

**Main Duties-**
- To ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night
- Promote a welcoming environment
- Ensure all credit, cheque and cash procedures are adhered to throughout the hotel
- Ensure the night audit is complete and balanced to the company standard
- Resolve guest complaints/queries to full satisfaction
- To coordinate the smooth transition of information from the Night to the Day team
- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role

**What do you need to apply?**

We look for strong communication and customer service skills, enthusiasm, ability to adapt, and flexibility to work shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality and/or customer service experience.
