Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
At Mollie’s, our Reception Supervisor must be customer obsessed, warm and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and capable of empowering their fellow reception team members;
They need to be driven, work well under pressure, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performance team to exceed the needs of guests, achieve agreed KPIs and work to the highest standards;
You will report to the Reception Manager with responsibility over the motel reception, back of house and collaborating with the housekeeping department.
You will be constantly challenging the status quo, implementing new processes and initiatives and presenting opportunities and recommendations to improve performance;
You will ensure that the Mollie’s exceptional room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always maintained;
We require a minimum of two years’ experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Office Team Member or similar role with a proven track record of supporting the opening of new sites within high growth hotel business.

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
