HR Administrator

Working under the direction of the newly appointed HR and Recruitment Manager, the working pattern is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm however there is some flexibility.

This is an exciting time to be joining the HR team at Ambulnz Community Partners as the business continues to expand and an agile, flexible and fit for purpose HR function is an essential part of this.

This role would be ideal for someone who has a minimum of 1 year’s HR Administration experience and is keen to develop their career with support from the HR Manager and Deputy HR Manager.

This role is split between remote working and two days a week spent in our Audenshaw HQ. Ambulnz Community Partners have sites across the UK and there will also be times when you are required to travel as part of the role.

What will I be doing?

This role will be responsible for all HR Administration across the full Employee Life Cycle such as Minute-taking at ER meetings, managing our HR Database system Bamboo HR and issuing documentation such as Offer Packs and Change of role letters.

What experience will I need?
- 1 year + experience at HR Administrator level
- A team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
- Calm under pressure
