The Systems Coordinator will sit right at the heart of our production unit, in order to maintain all site systems and procedures so that Production is able to run to its full potential, site profit is maximised, and all reports are accurate and delivered on time. As a company, we are always looking to evolve our production processes, and this role will be central to helping do that.

The role will be broad and the specific responsibilities will vary but the main focus of the role and its responsibilities will be:
**Main Roles and Responsibilities**
- Procuring production equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance
- Managing of all Stock both at the production site, and transfers between sites
- Maintain & maximise all site IT systems
- KPI data input and reporting in conjunction with Production Lead
- Site maintenance inc. Equipment, fabric and new initiatives
- Collation of off site transport, deliveries and collections
- Liaising with Purchasing team to ensure full stock of all non meat items inc. Ingredients.
- Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself
- Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control
- Training and coaching Factory Operators and Sorters
- Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements
- Liaising with Purchasing team to ensure full stock of all items, at all times
- Oversee the Intake of all products
- Collate external orders and communicate to production
- Training inc. training record update
- Managing of staff in relation to this department and in conjunction with other department Leads, ensuring all systems are correctly adhered to, at all times
- Liaising with planning to deal with any residual stocks
- Promote excellent “lines” of communication with every department within Pipers Farm

**Systems Coordinator Requirements**
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A keen interest in food and food production.
- Comfortable working alone and self managing/prioritising workload to allow the smooth running of the business.
- Excellent numeracy skills and data analysis.
- Ability to complete all paperwork clearly and correctly to maintain compliance.
- Ability to identify and negate any potential issues prior to them having an impact on the business.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
