Our client, a dynamic and ever-growing financial planner based in St Albans, is now looking for its next selection of trainee Financial Planners to join their internal two year Academy programme.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and high-achieving individual to work with a dynamic and friendly team and relish the chance to focus on cultivating a career within Financial Planning.

Beginning as a trainee Financial Planner, learning the ropes with administration, and then progressing through to Adviser. Individuals will be progressing quickly, with full support from the company to aid their development through support with exams andclear career milestones. There are clear job titles and goals to achieve with full support each step of the way to achieve your long-term goals.

**Other benefits of this role include**:

- A generous starting salary for a trainee - £28,000-£30,000
- Salary rising to £35,000 on completion of exams and £45,000 on completion of CAS status
