**IMMEDIATE OR SEPTEMBER START**
We Are seeking and enthusiastic and energetic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in one our fantastic local schools we work closely with. As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the classroom teacher enabling students with their special education needs to achieve their full potential.
You will be supporting the classroom teacher in developing and delivering individual educations plans that cater to students with special educational needs you will be working with students one to one or in small groups to provide individualized support focusing on each students’ unique requirements.
This is an ideal role for someone that is looking to take the first step in the education sector, or it is also ideal for someone that has a genuine passion for caring for people with special educational needs. We also welcome applicants from a care/support background.
Must have:
- Ability to work well independently and as a team.
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
